Transliteration

indras tu meṣavṛṣaṇas tadāprabhṛti rāghava |

gautamasya prabhāvena tapasaś ca mahātmanaḥ ||

Translation

O Rāghava, mula noon, si Indra ay nagtaglay ng bayag ng isang tupa—ganyan ang kapangyarihan ng dakilang Gautama at ng kanyang matinding tapas (pag-aayuno at pagninilay).
