Dialogue with Guha: Account of Rama’s Night Halt
Extremely unhappy over what he heard from Guha, Bharata was immersed in thought then and there.
Dharma includes restraint in sorrow: Bharata does not lash out, but turns inward to thoughtful self-control.
After hearing something upsetting from Guha, Bharata becomes absorbed in contemplation.
Bharata’s composure and reflective nature, even under emotional shock.
