Transliteration

evaṃ kathayamānasya dadarśāśramamaṇḍalam |

kuśacīraparikṣiptaṃ brāhmyā lakṣmyā samāvṛtam ||

Translation

Habang siya’y nagsasalita nang gayon, namasdan ni Rāma ang pook ng āśrama, napaliligiran ng kuśa at mga kasuotang balat-kahoy, at nababalot ng payapang brahminikong liwanag.
