चिंतयन्नेव वै नित्यमात्मकं सुखमेव हि । इतो निष्क्रांतमात्रस्तु त्यजे पंचात्मकं वपुः

ciṃtayanneva vai nityamātmakaṃ sukhameva hi | ito niṣkrāṃtamātrastu tyaje paṃcātmakaṃ vapuḥ

Laging nagmumuni sa kaligayahang ang Sarili lamang, ang kagagaling pa lamang dito ay iniiwan ang katawang binubuo ng limang sangkap.
