देवा नागाश्च गंधर्वा मत्प्रसादान्महासुराः । विष्णुरुवाच । वरं वरय भद्रं ते देवमातर्यशस्विनि
devā nāgāśca gaṃdharvā matprasādānmahāsurāḥ | viṣṇuruvāca | varaṃ varaya bhadraṃ te devamātaryaśasvini
“Sa aking biyaya, ang mga deva, ang mga nāga, ang mga gandharva, at maging ang makapangyarihang asura ay pinagpala.” Sinabi ni Viṣṇu: “Pumili ka ng biyaya—nawa’y mapabuti ka, O marangal at tanyag na Ina ng mga deva.”
