Dharmaśarmā

Concept: A vow begins ‘from today’—the decisive moment of saṅkalpa—sealed by tapas and the pledge of one’s very life.

Application: Start disciplines immediately rather than ‘someday’; make commitments measurable; let austerity be purposeful and compassionate, not performative.

Primary Rasa: vira

Secondary Rasa: shanta
