Aṣṭākṣarī Maṇḍala-Pūjā and Nyāsa
अष्टाक्षरं ततो मंत्रं न्यसेद्देहात्मनेर्बुधः । वामपादं समारभ्य क्रमशश्चैव विन्यसेत् ॥ ७ ॥
aṣṭākṣaraṃ tato maṃtraṃ nyaseddehātmanerbudhaḥ | vāmapādaṃ samārabhya kramaśaścaiva vinyaset || 7 ||
Pagkatapos, ang marunong na sādhaka ay dapat magsagawa ng nyāsa ng mantrang walong pantig (aṣṭākṣara) sa sariling katawan, simula sa kaliwang paa at ilagay ito nang sunod-sunod ayon sa wastong ayos.
