Ibigay sa may bhakti, sa may mabubuting katangian at wastong asal—sa deboto ni Viṣṇu, mapayapa ang loob, at masikap sa pagsasagawa ng pananampalataya (śraddhā).
Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It defines the ideal recipient of dāna: giving becomes spiritually potent when offered to a virtuous, peaceful Viṣṇu-bhakta who lives with śraddhā and disciplined observance.
Bhakti is presented not as emotion alone but as a lived character—devotion to Viṣṇu expressed through guṇa (virtue), śīla (conduct), śānti (tranquility), and steady anuṣṭhāna (religious practice).
The verse emphasizes anuṣṭhāna (regulated practice) and śraddhā (faithful intent), aligning with Kalpa/ritual discipline in spirit, though it does not teach a specific Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa rule.
