The Account of Kāṣṭhīlā (Kāṣṭhīlā-ākhyāna) within the Mohinī Narrative
ददौ मद्भर्तृसिद्ध्यर्थं विमुंचंतीं महार्चिषम् । एतस्मिन्नेव काले तु राक्षसः काममोहितः ॥ १३९ ॥
dadau madbhartṛsiddhyarthaṃ vimuṃcaṃtīṃ mahārciṣam | etasminneva kāle tu rākṣasaḥ kāmamohitaḥ || 139 ||
Inihandog niya ang dakila at maningning na alay, pinalaya iyon para sa katuparan at tagumpay ng layunin ng kanyang asawa. Sa sandaling iyon, isang rākṣasa na nalinlang ng pagnanasa ang kumilos at lumapit.
