Adhyaya 75 — The Fall and Restoration of Revatī Nakṣatra and the Birth of Raivata Manu
यतः प्रभृति जातोऽसौ ततः प्रभृति सोऽप्यृषिः ।
दीर्घरोगपरामर्शमवाप मुनिपुङ्गवः ॥
yataḥ prabhṛti jāto 'sau tataḥ prabhṛti so 'py ṛṣiḥ | dīrgha-roga-parāmarśam avāpa muni-puṅgavaḥ ||
Mula nang isilang ang bata, mula rin sa sandaling iyon, ang pantas—ang toro sa hanay ng mga rishi—ay sinakmal ng isang karamdaman na matagal gumaling.
The Purāṇic storyline often binds private life-events to moral-cosmic causality. Here, the co-arising of birth and affliction frames a teaching on the burdens of household life and the mysterious interweaving of fate and responsibility.
