एकादश तथैवाऽन्यदपत्यं तस्य वै दिने ।

अन्यद्दिनाभिगमने श्राद्धदाने तथाऽपरे ॥

Transliteration

ekādaśa tathaivānyad apatyam tasya vai dine | anyad dinābhigamane śrāddha-dāne tathāpare ||

Translation

Sa ikalabing-isang araw, sinasabi ring sa araw na iyon ay magbubunga ng isang tiyak na uri ng supling. Sa ibang araw, sa paglapit sa pagsasama, at sa iba pang mga araw, kaugnay ng śrāddha at pagbibigay ng kaloob (dāna), itinuturo ang mga tiyak na bunga o di-kanais-nais na palatandaan.
