Adhyaya 50 — Mind-Born Progeny, Svayambhuva Manu’s Lineage, and Brahmā’s Ordinance to Duḥsaha (Alakṣmī’s Retinue)
सुखं सिद्धिर्यशः कीर्तिरित्येते धर्मयोनयः ।
कामादतिमुदं हर्षं धर्मपौत्रमसूयत ॥
sukhaṃ siddhir yaśaḥ kīrtir ity ete dharmayonayaḥ | kāmād atimudaṃ harṣaṃ dharmapautram asūyata ||
Ang Sukha (Kaligayahan), Siddhi (Kaganapan), Yaśas (Katanyagan), at Kīrti (Mabuting pangalan)—ang mga ito’y isinilang mula sa Dharma. Mula kay Kāma (Pagnanasa) isinilang si Atimuda (Labis na pagdiriwang) at si Harṣa (Galak), na apo sa angkan ni Dharma.
