Adhyaya 49 — Primordial Human Creation, the Rise of Desire, and the Origins of Settlements, Measures, and Agriculture

इत्येषा मानुषी सृष्टिर्या पूर्वं वै प्रजापतेः ।
तस्यान्ववायसम्भूता यैरिदं पूरितं जगत् ॥
Transliteration
ity eṣā mānuṣī sṛṣṭir yā pūrvaṃ vai prajāpateḥ |
tasyānvavāyasambhūtā yair idaṃ pūritaṃ jagat ||
Translation
Gayon nga ang paglikha ng sangkatauhan na noong una ay nauukol kay Prajāpati. Mula sa sunod-sunod na lahi nito isinilang yaong mga nagpunô sa daigdig na ito.
