sūkṣmāstu dhāraṇāḥ sapta bhūrādyā mūrdhni dhārayet | dharitrīṃ dhārayedyogī tat saukṣmyaṃ pratipadyate ||

Practical yoga-vidhi; not a pañcalakṣaṇa narrative element.
The ‘seven’ suggests a graded interiorization of the bhūtas/tanmatras culminating in increasingly subtle identity-shifts; the crown locus hints at ascent of awareness beyond gross embodiment.
