Adhyaya 34 — Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)
अन्तर्जानुस्तथाऽचामेत् त्रिश्चतुर्वा पिबेदपः ।
परिमृज्य द्विरास्यान्तं खानि मूर्धानमेव च ॥
antarjānus tathā 'cāmet triś caturvā pibed apaḥ | parimṛjya dvir āsyāntaṃ khāni mūrdhānam eva ca ||
Nakahila ang mga tuhod (sa wastong pustura), isagawa ang ācamana sa paglagok ng tubig nang tatlong ulit—o apat. Pagkaraan, punasan nang dalawang ulit ang loob ng bibig, at punasan din ang mga bukana ng pandama at ang ulo.
