Adhyaya 23 — Ashvatara’s Vow for Madalasa and the Bestowal of Musical Science by Sarasvati
कुवलयाश्व उवाच धन्योऽहमति पुण्योऽहं कोऽन्योऽस्ति सदृशो मया ।
यत्तातो मामभिद्रष्टुं करोति प्रवणं मनः ॥
kuvalayāśva uvāca dhanyo 'ham ati puṇyo 'haṃ ko 'nyo 'sti sadṛśo mayā / yattāto mām abhidraṣṭuṃ karoti pravaṇaṃ manaḥ
Sinabi ni Kuvalayāśva: “Ako’y pinagpala; labis ang aking kabutihang-loob at gantimpala. Sino pa ang tulad ko, yamang ang isip ng aking ama’y nahihilig na pumarito at makita ako?”
