कुश-कण्टक-वलमीक-शङ्कु-पाषाणकर्कशे ।
तथा प्रदीप्तज्वलने क्वचिच्छृभ्रशतोत्कटे ॥
kuśa-kaṇṭaka-valamīka-śaṅku-pāṣāṇakarkaśe /
tathā pradīptajvalane kvacic chṛbhraśatotkaṭe
Sa kahabaan ng malupit na daan na magaspang dahil sa mga tinik ng damong kuśa, mga bunton ng anay, mga tulos, at mga bato—sa ilang pook ay naglalagablab ang apoy, at sa iba nama’y nakapanghihilakbot dahil sa daan-daang matutulis na dulo—
