Draupadī’s Lament and Indictment of Misfortune
नते प्रकृतिमान् वर्ण: कृशा पाण्डुश्न लक्ष्यसे । आचक्ष्व परिशेषेण सर्व विद्यामहं यथा
na te prakṛtimān varṇaḥ kṛśā pāṇḍuś ca lakṣyase | ācakṣva pariśeṣeṇa sarvaṃ vidyāham yathā ||
Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “Hindi na likás ang kulay ng iyong mukha; ikaw ay payat at maputla. Iwika mo ang lahat nang lubos, upang malaman ko ang buong pangyayari ayon sa tunay nitong anyo.”
