Agastya–Lopāmudrā: Marriage, Austerity, and Conditions for Conjugal Union (लोमशकथितम्)
As a colophon, the line does not teach through a direct maxim; it frames the chapter within the dharmic world of tīrtha-yātrā (pilgrimage) and yajña (sacrifice), implying that sacred travel and ritual observance are recognized avenues of merit and ethical cultivation in the epic’s worldview.
This is the closing rubric of the chapter: it announces that the ninety-fifth chapter has concluded, and it locates the content as part of Lomāśa’s narration of pilgrimage sites, specifically in connection with the account of the Gayā sacrifice.
