Shloka 22
कुन्त्युवाच परम॑ भगवतन्नेवं संगमिष्ये त्वया सह । यदि पुत्रो भवेदेवं यथा वदसि गोपते,कुन्ती बोली--भगवन्! गोपते! जैसा आप कहते हैं, वैसा ही पुत्र यदि मुझे प्राप्त हो तो मैं आपके साथ उत्तम रीतिसे समागम करूँगी
kunty uvāca paramaṁ bhagavan tan naivaṁ saṅgamiṣye tvayā saha | yadi putro bhaved evaṁ yathā vadasi gopate ||
Sinabi ni Kuntī: “O Kataas-taasang Panginoon, O panginoon ng mga pandama! Kung ipagkakaloob sa akin ang isang anak na lalaki nang ayon sa iyong sinabi, kung gayon ay papayag akong makipag-isa sa iyo sa wastong paraan.”
