वैशम्पायन उवाच अयं राजन ब्रवीम्येतत् तस्य गुहां विभावसो: । यादृशे कुण्डले ते च कवचं चैव यादृशम्,वैशम्पायनजीने कहा--राजन्! सूर्यदेवकी दृष्टिमें जो गोपनीय रहस्य था, उसे बताता हूँ। इसके साथ कर्णके कुण्डल और कवच कैसे थे? यह भी बता रहा हूँ
Vaiśampāyana uvāca: ayaṃ rājan bravīmy etat tasya guhāṃ Vibhāvasoḥ | yādṛśe kuṇḍale te ca kavacaṃ caiva yādṛśam ||
Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “O Hari, sasabihin ko ang lihim na nalalaman ni Vibhāvasu (ang Araw). At ilalarawan ko rin kung ano ang anyo ng mga hikaw ni Karna at kung ano ang anyo ng kaniyang baluti.”
