Transliteration

so ’yaṃ vatse mahābhāra āhitas tvayi sāmpratam | tvaṃ sadā niyatā kuryā brāhmaṇasthābhirādhanam ||

Translation

Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “Anak ko, ang dakilang bigat ng paglilingkod ay naipataw na ngayon sa iyo. Kaya manatili kang laging disiplinado at ipagpatuloy, bilang tuntunin ng buhay, ang mapitagang paggalang at paglilingkod na wari’y pagsamba sa mga brahmana—na dapat ituring na banal.”
