The verse emphasizes karmaphala: sustained righteous deeds (śubha-karma) culminate in spiritual accomplishment (saṁsiddhi) and the ‘highest perfection’ (paramā siddhi). Attainment is portrayed as ethically earned rather than arbitrarily granted.
A divine messenger appears and invites the sage Mudgala to ascend a celestial vimāna, declaring that it has been obtained through his deeds and that he has reached the supreme state of accomplishment.
