Adhyāya 22: Śālva’s Weapon-Shower, Dāruka’s Wounding, and the Māyā-Report of Vasudeva’s Father
हतास्ते दानवा: सर्वे यै: स शब्द उदीरित: । शरैरादित्यसंकाशैज्वलितै: शब्दसाधनै:,जिन दानवोंने पहले कोलाहल किया था, वे सब सूर्यके समान तेजस्वी शब्दवेधी बाणोंद्वारा मारे गये
hatās te dānavāḥ sarve yaiḥ sa śabda udīritaḥ | śarair āditya-saṅkāśaiḥ jvalitaiḥ śabda-sādhanaiḥ ||
Wika ni Vāyu: “Lahat ng Dānava na siyang nagpasiklab ng gayong kaguluhan ay nalipol—tinamaan at pinabagsak ng nagliliyab, kasingliwanag ng araw na mga palaso, mga sandatang tumutudla ayon sa mismong tunog. Kaya ang ingay na sila ang nagpakawala ang siya ring naging daan upang sila’y matagpuan at mawasak.”
