न त्वद्य शक््यमस्माभिरेतत् कर्तुमतो$न्यथा । नूनं दैवकृतं होतद् यदेव॑ कृतवानसि,“अब हमलोग इसके प्रभावको टालने या बदलनेमें असमर्थ हैं। तुमने जो ऐसा कार्य कर डाला है, इसमें निश्चय ही दैवकी प्रेरणा है
na tv adya śakyam asmābhir etat kartum ato 'nyathā | nūnaṃ daivakṛtaṃ hy etad yad eva kṛtavān asi ||
Sinabi ni Lomaśa: “Sa araw na ito, hindi namin kayang hadlangan ang bungang ito o baguhin ito upang maging iba. Tunay na ito’y dinala ng tadhana (daiva), sapagkat ginawa mo nga ang gayong gawain.”
