Kaliṅga Episode
अन्नैव रुद्रो राजेन्द्र पशुमादत्तवान् मखे । पशुमादाय राजेन्द्र भागोडयमिति चाब्रवीत्,राजेन्द्र! यहीं रुद्रदेवने यज्ञमें पशुको ग्रहण कर लिया था। उस पशुको ग्रहण करके उन्होंने कहा--“यह तो मेरा हिस्सा है”
annaiva rudro rājendra paśum ādattavān makhe | paśum ādāya rājendra bhāgo 'yam iti cābravīt ||
Wika ni Lomaśa: “O hari ng mga hari, sa paghahandog na iyon ay kinuha ni Rudra ang hayop bilang kaniyang bahagi. Nang masamsam niya ang handog, sinabi niya: ‘Ito ang aking bahagi.’”
