Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

vr̥ddho bhīṣmaḥ śāntanavaḥ kr̥paś ca droṇaḥ saputro viduraś ca dhīmān |

ete sarve yad vadanti tad astu |

āyuṣmantaḥ kuravaḥ santu sarve ||

Translation

Wika ni Sanjaya: “Mangyari nawa ang ayon sa ipahahayag ng matatandang sina Bhīṣma, anak ni Śāntanu, at ni Kripa, at ni Drona kasama ang kanyang anak, at ng marunong na si Vidura—lahat sila nang magkakasama. Nawa’y humaba ang buhay ng lahat ng Kuru.”
