नातः श्रीमत्तरं किंचिदन््यत् पथ्यतमं मतम् । प्रभविष्णोर्यथा तात क्षमा सर्वत्र सर्वदा
nātaḥ śrīmattaraṁ kiñcid anyat pathyatamaṁ matam | prabhaviṣṇor yathā tāta kṣamā sarvatra sarvadā ||
Sinabi ni Vidura: “O minamahal, para sa taong may kakayahan at may impluwensiya, sa aking paghatol ay wala nang lunas na higit na mabuti at wala nang paraang higit na nagdudulot ng kasaganaan kaysa sa pagpapatawad—sa lahat ng dako at sa lahat ng panahon.”
