Sañjaya’s Envoy-Speech on Peace

तदर्थलुब्धस्य निबोध मेडद्य ये मन्त्रिणो धार्तराष्ट्रस्य सूत । दुःशासन: शकुनि:ः सूतपुत्रो गावल्गणे पश्य सम्मोहमस्य,गवल्गणपुत्र संजय! धनके लोभी दुर्योधनके जो-जो मन्त्री हैं, उनके नाम आज तुम मुझसे सुन लो। दुःशासन, शकुनि तथा सूतपुत्र कर्ण--ये ही उसके मन्त्री हैं। उसका मोह तो देखो

tadarthalubdhasya nibodha medad ye mantriṇo dhārtarāṣṭrasya sūta | duḥśāsanaḥ śakuniḥ sūtaputro gāvalgaṇe paśya sammohaṁ asya ||

Wika ni Sanjaya: O Sūta, unawain mo ito: ito ang mga tagapayo ng anak ni Dhritarashtra, na sakim sa pakinabang. Sina Duhśāsana, Śakuni, at si Karṇa na anak ng kutsero—sila ang kanyang mga ministro. O Gāvalgaṇa, masdan mo ang pagkahibang na sumaklot sa kanya.
