स त्वं परिवृतः पार्थन्नक्षत्रैरिव चन्द्रमा: । प्रशाधि राज्यं कौन्तेय कुन्तीं च प्रतिनन्दय,कुन्तीकुमार! नक्षत्रोंसे घिरे हुए चन्द्रमाकी भाँति तुम अपने अन्य भाइयोंसे घिरे रहकर राज्यका पालन और कुन्तीको आनन्दित करो
sa tvaṁ parivṛtaḥ pārthann akṣatrair iva candramāḥ | praśādhi rājyaṁ kaunteya kuntīṁ ca pratinandaya, kuntīkumāra |
Wika ni Vāyu: “O Pārtha, gaya ng buwan na napalilibutan ng mga bituin, ikaw man—na napalilibutan ng iyong mga kapatid—ay dapat mamahala nang mahusay sa kaharian. O anak ni Kuntī, maghari nang matatag at bigyan ng galak at kapanatagan ang iyong inang si Kuntī.”
