Śāṇḍilī–Suparṇa Saṃvāda

पक्षवातप्रणुन्नानां वृक्षाणामनुगामिनाम् | प्रस्थितानामिव सम॑ पश्यामीह गतिं खग
pakṣavāta-praṇunnānāṁ vṛkṣāṇām anugāminām | prasthitānām iva samaṁ paśyāmīha gatiṁ khaga-khecara ||
Wika ni Gālava: “Dahil sa lakas ng hanging dulot ng iyong mga pakpak, ang mga punong ito—nabunot sa kinatatayuan—ay wari’y sumusunod sa likuran. Dito’y nasasaksihan ko ang bilis nila na kapantay ng sa atin, na para bang sila man ay naglakbay upang sumama sa ating paglalakbay.”
