दक्षिणा-दिक्, पितृपक्ष-प्रतिष्ठा, तथा कर्मगतिः — Suparṇa’s Cosmographic Instruction

अदोमूला सुराणां श्रीर्यत्र शक्रो5 भ्यषिच्यत । सुरराज्येन विप्रर्षे देवैश्ञात्र तपश्चितम्‌

adomūlā surāṇāṃ śrīr yatra śakro 'bhyasicyata | surarājyena viprarṣe devaiś cātra tapaś citam ||

Sinabi ni Yūparṇa: “O brahmarṣi, naroon ang ugat at pinagmumulan ng kasaganaan ng mga diyos—doon unang itinalaga sa pamamagitan ng pag-aabhiseka si Śakra (Indra) bilang hari ng mga diyos. O brahmarṣi, sa gayon ding dako nagsagawa ng tapa ang mga diyos.”
