Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 5 — Karmaphala-Nirdeśa and Phalāśruti (कर्मफलनिर्देशः फलश्रुतिश्च)
तेनोक्त कर्मणामन्ते प्रविशन्ति स्विकां तनुम् वसूनेव महातेजा भीष्म: प्राप महाद्युति:
tenokta-karmaṇām ante praviśanti svikāṃ tanum | vasūn iva mahātejā bhīṣmaḥ prāpa mahādyutiḥ ||
Sinabi ni Vaiśampāyana: “Sa wakas ng mga bungang-karmang nabanggit, pumapasok sila sa sarili nilang tunay na anyo. Kaya si Bhīṣma, ang makapangyarihan at maningning—may dakilang liwanag—ay nakaabot sa kalagayan ng mga Vasu.”
