Chapter 29

अर्जुन बोले--माधव! शत्रुओंको संताप देनेवाले ये धर्मपुत्र युधिष्ठिर स्वयं भाई- बन्धुओंके शोकसे संतप्त हो शोकके समुद्रमें डूब गये हैं, आप इन्हें धीरज बँधाइये ।। सर्वे सम ते संशयिता: पुनरेव जनार्दन | अस्य शोकं महाबाहो प्रणाशयितुमरहसि

Arjuna uvāca—sarve sma te saṁśayitāḥ punar eva janārdana | asya śokaṁ mahābāho praṇāśayitum arhasi ||

Wika ni Arjuna: “O Mādhava! Si Yudhiṣṭhira, anak ni Dharma—na nagpapahirap sa mga kaaway—ay ngayo’y sinusunog ng dalamhati sa pagkamatay ng mga kapatid at kamag-anak, at lumulubog sa dagat ng pighati. Palakasin mo ang kanyang loob. O Janārdana, muli na naman kaming nababalot ng pag-aalinlangan; O makapangyarihang may mahahabang bisig, nararapat mong pawiin ang kanyang dalamhati.”
