भीष्म उवाच एवमुकत्वा तु सा देवी तदा पशुपतिं पतिम् । तृष्णी भूताभवद् राजन् दहाुमानेन चेतसा
bhīṣma uvāca evam uktvā tu sā devī tadā paśupatiṁ patim | tṛṣṇī-bhūtābhavad rājan dahyamānena cetasā ||
Sinabi ni Bhīṣma: “O Hari, matapos sabihin iyon sa kanyang panginoong si Paśupati, ang diyosa (Pārvatī) ay nanahimik. Ngunit sa loob, ang kanyang isip ay tila sinusunog ng dalamhati.”
