सृजत्येष महाबाहो भूतग्रामं चराचरम्‌ | एष चाक्षिपते काले काले विसृजते पुन:

Transliteration

sṛjaty eṣa mahābāho bhūtagrāmaṃ carācaram | eṣa cākṣipate kāle kāle visṛjate punaḥ ||

Translation

Sinabi ni Bhishma: “O makapangyarihang bisig, Siya ang lumilikha sa buong karamihan ng mga nilalang—yaong gumagalaw at yaong di gumagalaw. At sa takdang panahon, Siya rin ang bumabawi nito; sa takdang panahon, muli Niya itong pinalalaya.”
