श्रेयो-धर्मकर्मविचारः

शृणु सर्वमिदं दैत्य विष्णोमहित्म्यमुत्तमम् । विष्णौ जगत् स्थितं सर्वमिति विद्धि परंतप,'शत्रुओंको संताप देनेवाले दैत्य! भगवान् विष्णुका यह सम्पूर्ण उत्तम माहात्म्य सुनो-- तुम्हें यह मालूम होना चाहिये कि यह समस्त संसार भगवान् विष्णुमें ही स्थित है
śṛṇu sarvam idaṃ daitya viṣṇoḥ māhātmyam uttamam | viṣṇau jagat sthitaṃ sarvam iti viddhi parantapa ||
Sinabi ni Bhishma: “O Daitya, tagapagpahirap sa mga kaaway, pakinggan mo ang ganap at kataas-taasang salaysay ng kadakilaan ni Vishnu. Alamin mong tiyak: ang buong daigdig ay nananahan kay Vishnu.”
