Knowing the subtle principle and the bhūtātman through yoga
देवं त्रिधातु त्रिवृतं सुपर्ण ये विद्युरग्रयां परमात्मतां च । ते सर्वलोकेषु महीयमाना देवा: समर्त्या: सुकृतं वदन्ति
vyāsa uvāca | devaṃ tridhātuṃ trivṛtaṃ suparṇa ye vidyur agrayāṃ paramātmatāṃ ca | te sarvalokeṣu mahīyamānā devāḥ samartyāḥ sukṛtaṃ vadanti ||
Wika ni Vyāsa: Yaong mga tunay na nakakakilala sa Panginoong nananahan sa loob—na sinasagisag ng tatluhing tunog (A-U-M), na naroroon bilang panloob na tagapamahala sa gitna ng tatlong guna, at na ang gawaing kosmiko ay lumalaganap na parang magagandang dahon ng isang dakilang punò—at nakakakilala rin sa Kanyang kataas-taasang kalagayan bilang Pinakamataas na Sarili, ay pinararangalan sa lahat ng daigdig. Maging ang mga diyos, kasama ang mga mortal, ay nagpapahayag ng kabutihang bunga ng kanilang matuwid na asal.
व्यास उवाच
True knowledge of the indwelling Supreme (Paramātman)—recognized through the symbol of Oṃ and understood as the controller of the three guṇas—naturally expresses itself as virtuous conduct (sukṛta). Such knowers gain honor across worlds, and their merit is acknowledged even by gods and humans.
Vyāsa is describing the spiritual stature of those who realize the Supreme Self. He links metaphysical insight (Oṃ, the threefold principle, the Lord as inner ruler) with social and cosmic recognition: their righteous life is praised universally.
