विशोकता सुखं धत्ते धत्ते चारोग्यमुत्तमम्‌

viśokatā sukhaṃ dhatte dhatte cārogyam uttamam

Wika ni Bhishma: “Ang kawalan ng dalamhati (viśokatā) ay nagkakaloob ng kaligayahan, at nagbibigay rin ng pinakamataas na kagalingan—ng mahusay na kalusugan. Sa aral na ito, ang kawalan ng pighati ay hindi lamang damdamin, kundi isang disiplina ng isip at asal na sumusuporta sa matatag at mabuting pamumuhay.”
