कल्याणी रूपसम्पन्ना दुर्भगा शक्र दृश्यते । अलक्षणा विरूपा च सुभगा दृश्यते परा

Transliteration

śakra uvāca | kalyāṇī rūpasampannā durbhagā śakra dṛśyate | alakṣaṇā virūpā ca subhagā dṛśyate parā, śakra |

Translation

Sinabi ni Śakra: “O Śakra, may nakikitang babae na mabuti ang asal at pag-iisip at may kagandahan, ngunit wari’y kapus-palad—salat sa biyaya ng pag-aasawa. At may nakikitang isa pa, may di kanais-nais na palatandaan at di kagandahan, ngunit wari’y lubhang mapalad.”
