The Dove’s Lament and Celestial Reunion
कृतबुद्धि्द्रूमे तस्मिन् वस्तुं तां रजनी ततः । साञ्जलि: प्रणतिं कृत्वा वाक्यमाह वनस्पतिम्
kṛtabuddhidrūme tasmin vastuṃ tāṃ rajanī tataḥ | sāñjaliḥ praṇatiṃ kṛtvā vākyam āha vanaspatim ||
Pagkaraan, nang magpasya siyang doon magpalipas ng gabing iyon, lumapit siya sa punong iyon—na inilarawang “punong may matatag na pag-unawa.” Magkapatong ang mga palad sa paggalang at matapos yumukod, nagsalita siya sa panginoon ng kagubatan sa magalang na pananalita.
भीष्म उवाच
