इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत आपद्धर्मपर्वमें राजर्षियोंका चरित्र नामक एक सौ बत्तीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraṁ śrīmahābhārata-śāntiparva-ke antargata āpaddharmaparva-meṁ rājarṣīṇāṁ caritra nāma eka-śata-battiśvāṁ adhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ huā
Sa gayon nagwakas ang ika-isang daan at tatlumpu’t dalawang kabanata, na pinamagatang “Ang Pag-uugali ng mga Haring Rishi,” sa loob ng bahaging Āpaddharma ng Śānti Parva ng Śrī Mahābhārata. Ang pangwakas na kolofon na ito’y hudyat ng pagtatapos ng isang yunit ng aral tungkol sa dharma sa panahon ng kagipitan, na inilalahad sa pamamagitan ng mga huwarang salaysay ng mga haring-muni.
