त्रिवर्गमूलनिश्चयः — Determining the Roots of Dharma, Artha, and Kāma
Mahābhārata, Śānti-parva 123
ऋषिभ्यो भगवान् सोम: सोमाद् देवा: सनातना: । देवेभ्यो ब्राह्मणा लोके जाग्रतीत्युपधारय
Vasuharomā uvāca: ṛṣibhyo bhagavān somaḥ, somād devāḥ sanātanāḥ | devebhyo brāhmaṇā loke jāgratīty upadhāraya ||
Wika ni Vasuharomā: “Mula sa mga Ṛṣi sumisilang ang pinagpalang Soma; mula kay Soma sumisilang ang mga walang-hanggang diyos. At mula sa mga diyos, sa mundong ito, ang mga Brāhmaṇa ay nananatiling laging gising—tandaan mo ito.”
