इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शान्तिपर्वके अन्तर्गत राजधमनुशासनपर्वमें माता-पिता और गुरुका माहात्म्यविषयक एक सौ आठवाँ अध्याय पूरा हआ
iti prakāraṃ śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi antargate rājadharmānuśāsanaparvaṇi mātā-pitṛ-guru-māhātmyaviṣayaka ekaśatāṣṭamo 'dhyāyaḥ samāptaḥ
Sa gayon nagwakas ang ika-isang daan at ikawalong kabanata ng Mahābhārata, sa Śānti Parva, sa loob ng bahaging nagtuturo ng dharma ng hari, na tumatalakay sa kadakilaan at kabanalan ng ina, ama, at guro. Isinara ng salaysay ang yunit ng aral na ito sa pormal na pagmamarka ng pagtatapos.
भीष्म उवाच
