अर्जुनस्य शीघ्रप्रयाणं भीम-शकुनियुद्धं च

Arjuna’s Rapid Advance and the Bhīma–Śakuni Encounter

मही वियद्‌ दिश: सर्वा: समुद्रा गिरयोडपि वा । स्फुटन्तीति जना जज्ञुः पार्थस्य तलनि:स्वनात्‌

sañjaya uvāca | mahī viyad diśaḥ sarvāḥ samudrā girayo 'pi vā | sphuṭantīti janā jajñuḥ pārthasya tala-niḥsvanāt |

Wika ni Sanjaya: Nang marinig ang matalim na dagundong mula sa pagpalakpak ng mga palad ni Partha (Arjuna), inakala ng mga tao na ang lupa, ang langit, ang lahat ng dako, ang mga dagat, at maging ang mga bundok ay nagkakabitak-bitak.
