Battle-as-Storm Imagery and the Aftermath of Suṣeṇa’s Fall
ततो युद्धमतीवासीन्मुहूर्तमिव भारत । भीरूणां त्रासजननं शूराणां हर्षवर्धनम्,भारत! तदनन्तर दो घड़ीतक वहाँ घोर युद्ध होता रहा, जो कायरोंके लिये त्रासजनक और शूरवीरोंका हर्ष बढ़ानेवाला था
tato yuddham atīvāsīn muhūrtam iva bhārata | bhīrūṇāṁ trāsajananaṁ śūrāṇāṁ harṣavardhanam ||
Sinabi ni Sañjaya: Pagkaraan nito, O Bhārata, sa panahong wari’y isang saglit lamang, sumiklab ang isang labanan na lubhang mabangis—nakapangingilabot sa mga duwag, ngunit nagpapasidhi ng galak at tatag ng mga matatapang.
