विवस्त्रायुधदेहासून् कृत्वा शत्रूनू सहस्रश:
vivastrāyudhadehāsūn kṛtvā śatrūnū sahasraśaḥ
Sinabi ni Sañjaya: Ginawa niyang lubos na walang magawa ang mga kaaway, libu-libo—hinubaran ng kasuotan, inagawan ng sandata, winasak ang katawan, at kinitil maging ang buhay—na nagpapakita ng malupit na agos ng labanan.
