इति शल्य विजानीहि हन्त भूयो ब्रवीमि ते
iti śalya vijānīhi hanta bhūyo bravīmi te

In a crisis like battle, clarity and repetition in counsel matter: Karṇa urges Śalya to truly understand, then insists on speaking again—highlighting responsibility in communication and the ethical seriousness of advice given at decisive moments.
Karṇa addresses Śalya directly, marking a transition in his speech: he concludes a point (“thus”) and immediately continues (“once more I will speak to you”), indicating an ongoing, intense exchange of counsel and resolve within the war setting.
