कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
विष्णुश्नात्मा भगवतो भवस्यामिततेजस: । तस्माद् धनुर्ज्यासंस्पर्श न विषेह॒र्हरस्य ते,अमिततेजस्वी भगवान् शंकरके आत्मा हैं विष्णु। अतः वे दैत्य भगवान् शिवके धनुषकी प्रत्यंचा एवं बाणका स्पर्श न सह सके
viṣṇuś cātmā bhagavato bhavasya amitātejasāḥ | tasmād dhanuḥjyāsaṃsparśaṃ na viṣehuḥ harasya te ||
Wika ni Duryodhana: “Si Viṣṇu ang mismong Sarili ng mapalad na Bhava (Śiva), na ang ningning ay di masukat. Kaya hindi nakayanan ng mga nilalang na iyon ang dampi ng pisi at mga palaso ni Hara (Śiva).”
