अभिमन्योर् दारुणः संमर्दः
Abhimanyu’s fierce melee amid chariot formations
तमूहुवाजिनो वश्या: सैन्धवा: साधुवाहिन: । विकुर्वाणा बृहन्तो5श्वा: श्वसनोपमरंहस:
sañjaya uvāca | tam ūhuḥ ājino vaśyāḥ saindhavāḥ sādhuvāhinaḥ | vikurvāṇā bṛhanto 'śvāḥ śvasanopamarāṃhasaḥ |
Sinabi ni Sañjaya: “Ang malalaking kabayong lahi ng Sindhu—sanay na sanay, masunurin sa renda, at mahusay tumugon sa utos ng sais—ang nagdala sa kanya. Iba’t ibang hakbang ang ipinamalas nila at tumakbo silang kasingbilis ng hangin, inihahatid si Jayadratha sa gitna ng digmaan, na wari’y ipinakikitang ang lakas na may disiplina, kapag iniuugnay sa layon ng mandirigma, ay nagiging sandatang mapagpasya.”
